Beneath the surface
From the island of Sardinia, I've always felt the need to discover and explore, whether by traveling, discovering what lies beneath the sea, or getting lost in a drawing. That curiosity is balanced by a need for organization, planning and discipline. I'm a creative who also likes structure, and that blend shapes my work: business thinking and product design, working together.
Digital drawing is my creative outlet, whether it's mandalas, portraits of friends or a simple sketch.
I love traveling solo, where every new place brings new cultures, new people and a few unexpected adventures.
I love turning ideas into plans, from itineraries for me or for others to everyday tasks and future goals.
When the sun is out, you may find me on my rollerblades, enjoying the freedom of a good skate.
Twelve years of gymnastics left me with discipline, strength and balance, and a passion that hasn't gone away.
I've spent my whole life in the sea, and now I'm learning to freedive to discover what lies beneath.
My approach
Users at the center
Decisions are shaped by user needs and validated with user feedback, keeping the product grounded in the real experience of the people it serves.
Explore before defining
The problem is explored broadly, then sharpened into a clear definition before any solution is developed, so the work answers the right question.
Augmenting, not replacing
Built on human-in-the-loop principles, AI assists rather than replaces, with people able to guide, review and override what the system does, especially where decisions carry real consequences.
Purposeful prioritization
Resources are finite, so features are prioritized by user impact, business value and feasibility, directing effort where it matters most.
Outcomes over outputs
Success is measured by the change a product creates for users and the business, not by the number of features shipped.
